R&D / Engineering Supervisor

Job Description
We are looking for a visionary R&D/Engineering Supervisor to lead our product development lifecycle from concept to industrialization. You will coordinate a team of engineers and technicians to create innovative, reliable, and market-ready electronics. This role requires a technically strong leader who can bridge the gap between creative design and large-scale manufacturing while ensuring full documentation and IP compliance.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in product design, electronics manufacturing, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and industrialization processes.
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) compliance and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the R&D project roadmap and timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of engineers and technicians.
- Review and approve prototype designs and comprehensive testing reports.
- Liaise with the Production and QA departments to ensure smooth product industrialization.
- Maintain rigorous technical documentation and ensure IP protection for new innovations.
- Oversee the selection of components and technologies for new product development.
