Electronics Quality Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a systematic Electronics Quality Engineer to ensure that design and process quality are maintained during R&D and pilot production. You will be the champion of product reliability, implementing design reviews and conducting failure mode analysis to prevent issues before they reach the customer. This role requires a professional focused on traceability and continuous improvement within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Industrial Quality Engineering.
- Proven experience in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Strong knowledge of quality standards specific to electronics (IPC, ISO).
- Experience in maintaining Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Systematic mindset with high attention to traceability and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Implement and lead design reviews during the R&D and pilot production phases.
- Conduct detailed Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks.
- Maintain and manage corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA) to improve product reliability.
- Ensure all production processes meet quality compliance and traceability standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues identified during pilot runs.
