We are seeking a persuasive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to drive product marketing and manage customer relations for our factory output. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our production capabilities and market demand, specifically within the B2B electronics sector. The ideal candidate combines technical sales expertise with a deep understanding of market trends to secure high-value orders and build long-term client loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B electronics sales.
- Strong technical sales background and industry market knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive factory sales.
- Proactively engage potential clients and secure large-scale orders.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitor trends.
- Manage brand communication and represent the company at industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B partners.
