Production Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations, including Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and electromechanical assembly lines. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency, uncompromising quality, and strict safety standards throughout the production process. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate across departments to resolve technical issues, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and report directly to the Technical Director to drive the factory's success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in electronics or industrial production management.
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
- Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing systems and processes.
- Proven expertise in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and cost reduction.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities across all lines.
- Ensure strict compliance with technical standards, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and IPC guidelines.
- Manage production scheduling and optimize resource allocation to meet targets.
- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Track and report production metrics and KPIs to the Technical Director.
- Foster a culture of safety and professional excellence within the production team.
