We are looking for 4 energetic and reliable Assistant Technicians to support our production teams. This is an entry-level technical role perfect for individuals eager to learn the ropes of electronics manufacturing. You will be responsible for material preparation, workstation organization, and assisting senior technicians with assembly and packaging. Requirements
- Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or General Technical Studies.
- TVET Level 5 qualification or above.
- Eagerness to learn manufacturing processes.
- Strong reliability and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to follow strict safety and quality instructions.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in various assembly, cleaning, and packaging tasks.
- Prepare components and ensure workstations are organized before shifts.
- Maintain strict cleanliness on the production line to prevent contamination.
- Assist with inventory counts and movement of raw materials.
- Support the production team in meeting daily output targets.
