Job Description

We are hiring an empathetic and communicative HR and Admin Officer to lead our human resources department and general administration. You will be the bridge between management and employees, focusing on staff motivation, recruitment, and policy compliance. Your goal will be to foster a productive work environment that adheres to all legal and internal standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Public Administration, or Industrial Psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources and administration.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and staff appraisals.
  • Manage employee attendance, training programs, and leave schedules.
  • Support employee welfare initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee general office administration and facility management.
