Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of our production equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime for our SMT and assembly lines by scheduling repairs, managing spare parts, and leading a dedicated maintenance staff. We need a diagnostic expert who can plan strategically to prevent breakdowns before they happen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (electronics factory experience is a plus).
  • Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
  • Strong diagnostic skills for complex electromechanical systems.
  • Experience in spare parts inventory management and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high-quality repairs.
  • Manage the inventory of critical spare parts to minimize production downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures on the production floor.
  • Develop maintenance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Liaise with equipment manufacturers and external service providers when necessary.
