Job Description
We are seeking an organized and systematic Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to lead our compliance efforts across both design and production processes. You will be responsible for building a culture of quality, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets rigorous technical and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineer who excels at auditing, documentation, and implementing long-term corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and technical auditing.
- Systematic approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Excellent technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance plans for the facility.
- Lead internal audits to ensure adherence to production and design protocols.
- Document and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve non-conformity issues.
