Product Maintenance Engineers (2 Positions)

Job Description
We are seeking two analytical and hands-on Product Maintenance Engineers to lead our post-production support and product reliability initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electronic units while providing vital feedback to the R&D team to improve future designs. You will act as a technical bridge between production, engineering, and the end-user, ensuring our products maintain the highest standards of quality throughout their entire lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electronics repair, testing, and lifecycle support.
- High proficiency with diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and specialized software.
- Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on electronic failures.
- Strong communication skills to train technicians and support customer service teams.
- A deep sense of ownership regarding product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of returned or defective electronic units.
- Develop comprehensive maintenance and repair manuals for all manufactured products.
- Coordinate with the R&D department to identify root causes of field failures and implement design improvements.
- Train maintenance technicians and client technical teams on professional product servicing procedures.
- Support the customer service team in warranty evaluations and after-sales technical support.
- Maintain detailed service records and track product reliability statistics to guide quality strategy.
