Job Description
We are seeking 8 skilled and precise SMD & Card Assembly Technicians to execute surface-mount and circuit board assembly operations. Working under the Team Leader, you will operate sophisticated SMT machinery and perform high-quality soldering. This role requires steady hands, a disciplined work ethic, and a high level of quality awareness when handling sensitive electronic components.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics or Industrial Maintenance.
- Proven experience operating SMT machines, soldering stations, or reflow ovens.
- Ability to handle ESD-sensitive components with extreme care.
- High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Operate SMT machines, soldering stations, and reflow ovens according to SOPs.
- Inspect solder joints using microscopes and AOI systems to ensure quality.
- Handle and store ESD-sensitive components following strict safety protocols.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and rework/repair of circuit boards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure production efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality deviations to the Team Leader.
