Job Description
We are seeking an organized and technically sound Prototyping and Product Validation Engineer to lead the critical phase of testing and certification readiness. You will be the bridge between the R&D lab and the production floor, ensuring that every prototype is rigorously tested and professionally documented. Your goal is to ensure a smooth transition from design to mass production through comprehensive manuals and validation reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, or Product Engineering.
- Strong experience in product validation and performance testing.
- Exceptional technical writing skills for creating manuals and documentation.
- Understanding of international product certification standards (e.g., CE, FCC, or ISO).
- Organized approach to project management and technical handovers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive validation procedures for new prototypes.
- Prepare detailed technical documents, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
- Support the engineering team in the transition from prototype to full-scale production.
- Maintain a database of test results and certification documentation.
- Identify design flaws during the validation phase and suggest improvements for reliability.
