Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Electronics Hardware Team Leader to coordinate the design and validation of all electronic hardware circuits and modules. You will lead a team of designers to create robust, high-performance systems, ensuring every schematic and layout meets our rigorous standards. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep expertise in both analog and digital design and a proven ability to manage the transition from prototype to integrated system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in hardware design and validation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising engineering teams.
  • Advanced expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across firmware and mechanical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the complete circuit and system design lifecycle.
  • Perform detailed reviews of schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
  • Validate prototypes through rigorous testing and manage the validation process.
  • Collaborate closely with the firmware team to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish hardware design best practices.
